Mindfulness Meditation changes lives making us calmer, more productive and a lot happier.

We began the project through a grant from the National Lottery’s Awards For All, setting up mindfulness in movement/keep fit classes for vulnerable people.

There are a number of courses including beginners, continuum, weight loss, and movement/keep fit classes.

Meditation and mindfulness exercises sessions are suprising fun. It’s not just sitting meditating for long periods.

Active visualisations, simple physical relaxation exercises combined with exploring movement and breathing but above all, looking at how we all lose energy through daily stresses and strains and how to turn this completely around is what makes these sessions so special.
